I have had all these problems but after making my own good daily routine am really fine with quality of my sleep. Major think i changed was looking at my phone and laptops with the blue-light filter on.

This reduces exposure to blue light and makes your eyes feel better, if you dont have glasses and dont want to buy them you can turn on blue light filter or night mode on iphones and your good to go.

Have a daily exercise schedule, this seems very straight and obvious but most of us dont spend time for our body and hence being lazy most of the time.
Workouts boost your immune system also makes you tired and at end of the day you will be fit and also happy about your sleep quality. This also ensure a clean and healthy life.
Tip 3
Avoid alcohol and caffine. I love coffee and I drink few times a year, but try to avoid both of these as much as possible. Alcohol is bad for your physical and your mental health which in turn spoils your sleep entirely.
Drink some milk take a few nuts, maybe some almonds or walnuts, this improves your sleeping quality naturally and making you healthy at the same time.
So, next time avoid partying and alcohol as much as possible, i know it's hard but you gotta do this for a better sleep and better health.

Try drinking detox drinks, make it yourself and you will find recipes online. Detoxifying your body is very crucial and it affects your sleep very much.
Also try eating less for dinner, avoid heavy dinners. Eating more also makes you more prone to sleep less and makes you lazy.
And shower in warm water, it will promote your sleep and make you more comfortable. Usually taking a cold shower in the morning and hot shower in the evening is essential, esspecially for men so try these tips.
Tip 5
Try decreasing temperature of your surroundings and eat very small amount of proteins before you sleep. I had a big difference in sleep when i started having protien shake in the evening, also there is a research paper published about this so it's proven too.
Having proteins in the night promotes sleep, also try to have sex this is also a good way to have a good quality sleep. Of course this isn't regular but it does make your sleep better.
